We serve spun metal customers throughout North America and around the world. With a staff of over 20 and a wide variety of manual, power, semi-automatic, and automatic spun metal machines, as well as specialty equipment, such as our 3-D laser cutter, we can handle virtually any fabrication. We can make spun metal projects in a variety of sizes, from 2 inches to 96 inches. When heavy material; up to 3/8 inch thickness is to be formed, hydraulically-operated lathes are used. The material or blank is placed on a centering pin and is then clamped to the chuck with the follower and the forming process begins. As the material and chuck rotate, the roller pushes it against the chuck creating the desired spun metal shape.
